RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

• Please note that this policy is valid for orders placed within India only. For orders placed outside the country, Please E-mail us on : info@gmail.com

 

• The 10 days return & exchange policy allows you a timeframe to return & exchange items bought on www.corneumcosmetics.com with in a span of 10 days from the date of the receipt of the item. For a successful credit of the refund, we expect you to preserve the product in its original condition with tags intact . You have to Self-ship the product to us.

 

• Once we receive the product , it goes through a quality check and after its successful completion ; we credit the amount to you through your preferred refund mode. In case the product dosen’t pass quality check, it will be shipped back to you. Also the processing of exchanges is subject to the availability of the stock & your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that an exchange can be proccessed only with a diffent size of the same product. If you wish to return or exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest you get store credits through the return of the item and utilize them for your next purchase.

 

• Please make sure that the product is unused, unwashed with all tags intact. We recommend you pack the product securely to avoid damage or loss during transit. Also, do remember to mentain the Order No. & Return ID on the packet. You have to send the package back to : –

 

• A return request is acceptable only if the products is bought from Website : www.corneumcosmetics.com desktop/mobile site or app. Products purchased from our online and offline distributors will be declined for return by us. Kindly use the same channel for exchange, refund & returns.

 

• Any shipping or COD charges incurred by you will  be refunded.

 

• The exchange policy allows swapping of sizes only. The exchange requests will be proceeded only if your address falls under a serviceable area for Logistic team.

 

• Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to update your status in your www.corneumcosmetics.com account.

 

• Please remember to check all the item details carefully. In case there is a mismatch in details of the items mentioned during raising the Return Request and the item being returned, we will conduct an internal investigation and get back to you.

 

• Shipping of any product without informing us is not our liability and we will not process a return/refund in this situation.

 

• If the product doesn’t fit you after the first exchange, Please note that we will not provide any further exchange. In such cases, You may self – ship the product back to us. and we will process refund for the same. the refund will be excluding COD charges and shipping charge.

 

• It may take 10 – 14 business days for the exchange to process from the date of placing the exchange & Refund request.

 

• www.corneumcosmetics.com may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement in case of any discrepancies.

 

• Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

 

• For Debit Card and Credit Card transfer the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

 

• Banks will send an SMS to customer’s for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

 

• In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

• If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at : info@corneumcosmetics.com within 8 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM – 7 PM.


Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately
and it may not always be possible to cancel.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

• Shipping inside India is free of cost ( above order value Rs. 1500/- excluding taxes ) , we use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delivery to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it from their location. We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

• Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
